I for one would like more information on how to use it effectively! I bought a small bottle of 99% pure on Amazon and a book as well. But your guidance - and others who have used it - are so very welcome! What do you think of these? Any others you can recommend?

Dr Saleeby, I'd also like to know specifically how to use DMSO safely and what product to buy. I also bought the pure liquid from the DMSO store. But I don't know how to rub it on my skin (Dilute it first? With what? Water? Aloe gel?) and how to take orally, eye drops, etc. I also herx terribly each time I've tried oral MSM capsules. So DMSO may not work for me, but I'll try.
The post from AMD does not say how to use it unless you are a paid subscriber. What is a source of information you trust that your patients can follow? AMD paid subscriber? Or buy a book? Which book? Thanks.
